Engage Knowsley work with people who want to change their lives for the better. Their services empower people to improve their health and wellbeing and take control of the direction of their life. They provide the substance misuse support for Knowsley residents.
Knowsley Integrated Recovery Service provides a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults, young people, families, carers and affected others.
Knowsley’s Stop Smoking Service has a dedicated young person’s provision to help them give up smoking, improving their health and finance.

Kooth – it’s free, safe and anonymous online support for young people aged 13-19 years (up to the age of 25 years with additional needs).
Think Wellbeing offers free NHS therapy for people in Knowsley, helping you change the way you feel by changing the way you think. The service is for adults aged 16 years and over with common mental health problems like mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress. It can help with other problems like panic attacks, phobias and post traumatic stress disorder. The service is available for anyone who lives within Knowlsey or who is registered with a Knowsley GP – further information is available by calling 0151 430 1707.
